Through Cigna Medical Plan, you are eligible for a fitness reimbursement up to $150 per family per calendar year. You must have been a member of the Janesville Athletic Club and Cigna for a minimum of 3 months to qualify. Simply attach the Fitness Benefit Form, a copy of the health club agreement, and receipts/or bank statements of funds for your membership.


Dean's WIN Program offers seniors, who are DeanCare Gold and DeanCare Select members ONLY, reimbursement for up to $100 per calendar year. Send in a copy of your receipt along with the reimbursement form to Dean Health Plan and they will send you your reimbursement check within 60-90 days.

Group Health Cooperative

Keep track of 90 or more completed workouts during a calendar year at the Janesville Athletic Club where you have paid membership and receive $100 in a Wellness Reimbursement, or $200 per household. You will need to print out a copy of your check-ins at the Janesville Athletic Club to prove the 90 workouts. Only 1 workout per day counts toward the 90 workouts. You must be 18 years or older in order to qualify for Wellness Reimbursement.


Mercy's Stay Healthy Benefit gives members the opportunity to be reimbursed for qualified expenses resulting from the participation in fitness at the Janesville Athletic Club. You must be 18 or older to qualify for the expense. Customer service can help identify the amount of your benefit and qualified expenses at (800) 895-2421. Reimbursement can range up to $200 per person and $400 per household.

Quartz (Formerly Physicians Plus and Unity)

Members of the Janesville Athletic Club can download the Quartz app and log workouts in the wellness portal for Amazon credit.


WPS offers a health club reimbursement through their Exercise Rewards program. Exercise Rewards reimburses up to $30 per month. You will need to enroll in the Exercise Rewards program by calling 877-810-2746. You will need to submit a visit submission form, with a submission deadline of 90 days from the end of the month each month to submit. Eligibility will vary based on insurance qualifications or employer opt-in.
