Scott understands the value in being able to feel strong and confident in all areas of life. He looks to help all his clients achieve these things through functional training programming and improving nutrition!
Scott has been an athlete most of his life. From a very young age, he began playing all kinds of sports, and eventually found his niche with football, wrestling, and track and field. All through high school he was a 3 sport athlete and loved to compete. Injuries began to sideline him for some of his sports, and this is where he recognized the importance of having strong joints and feeling strong and healthy. After multiple shoulder surgeries, this is what eventually flipped the switch for him to switch his focus.
Coming from a strict powerlifting background, he still loves to teach people compound movements to keep people strong, but also focusing just as much effort into joint range of motion and mobility. This is his approach with his clients to help them achieve all of their goals, and he sees great success across the board, training people from all walks of life. Soon after leaving athletics, he realized his passion to help people achieve all fitness goals they have!
