(45 minutes) A gentle strength training class with free weights, Beer-balls, and Beer-tubes. This is a FUN opportunity for ANYONE to safely learn the basic technique of each Power Pump exercise while benefiting strength, bone mass, & balance.

Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
This high energy, cardio based class is great for all skill levels. Although this class allows for total-body toning, the lower body is specifically challenged while using the step. Upper body movement is also added to intensify your workout. It is sure to" get you moving!
