I believe exercise should be practical and safe for everyone, and I strive to help each individual achieve their fitness goals.
2. What do you specialize in?
Along with mobility training, I specialize in strength and conditioning training. I also work with people to prevent injuries and alleviate pain.

I am passionate about creating a fun and positive environment for individuals to achieve their fitness goals. Additionally, I enjoy helping people with overall quality of life to make everyday tasks easier. Developing proper technique and creating quality dietary changes can go a long way way.
1. What certifications do you have?
I have a bachelors degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Health Promotion. I’m a certified personal trainer through the ISSA and certified in Silver Sneakers as well.
