Make the Most of Your Janesville Gym Membership

Congratulations! You’ve taken the first step toward building a better you! 

Make the most of your fitness experience at the Janesville Athletic Club with these 4 steps to help you find your way around the club, learn our equipment, and enjoy our amazing services and amenities.

Step 1 - Get to Know Our Gym

Stop by the front desk for an orientation to our services and amenities!

  • A certified personal trainer will teach you the basics of cardio exercise and demonstrate the cardio equipment and Cybex strength machines.
  • New riders are encouraged to attend an orientation prior to your first cycling class for proper bike set-up and safety.

Step 2 - Determine your Goals

  • New members also receive 2 free personal training sessions to help identify achievable goals.
  • Trainers will assess your current fitness level to ensure your workouts are geared toward your age, skills, and fitness objectives.

Step 3 - Make a Plan

  • With your goals in mind, you can’t move forward without a plan!
  • Now that you know your fitness level, we’ll help you develop a blueprint for your workout routine.

Step 4 - Work the Plan

  • With all of that in place, it’s time to get moving!
  • Take your fitness plan and find the activities you’ll love and commit to. Sample a group class, swim some laps in our indoor/outdoor pools, walk the indoor track, or relax on our hydromassage beds.
