Seth believes in helping people of all ages find a balance between work and play. Being healthy and fit shouldn’t come at the cost of your sanity.
Seth grew up in Janesville, moving here when he was five from North Westen Illinois. He comes from an extensive farming and factory family. Seth joined the Wisconsin Army National Guard while still in high school.
Leaving the military in 2011 to focus on family and a civilian career, Seth let his health and wellness take a vacation. This led to a decline in his overall health to the point of needing medication to get through the day. Knowing that this was going to shorten his lifespan, he decided to make a change and found his way to the Janesville Athletic Club in 2017. He was immediately welcomed into the family-like dynamic of the club.
Seth felt so welcomed that he eventually took a job working the front desk while attending the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater. After being there for a few months, he decided to change his major from Art to Health and Human Performance which he felt was most suited to his future plans of helping others with their fitness goals. Upon completing his Bachelors degree, he re-enlisted into the WI Army National Guard. His passion for helping others comes through in his thorough and playful approach to fitness.
