Beginner Classes offered:

Yoga for Beginners = Wednesdays-7:00 pm, Fridays-6:30 am 

 & Saturdays-11:00 am

Zumba for Beginners = Fridays-8:30 am

Step for Beginners = Tuesdays-9:30 am

Power Pump for Beginners = Tuesdays-10:00 am

Cycling for Beginners = Saturdays-9:00 am
