I have 12 years of personal training experience.
I hold personal training certifications with The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the American Council of Exercise (ACE). I also hold certifications as a Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) and Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) with NASM.
I believe fitness is not just about aesthetics, but about building a strong, functional, and resilient body that supports a fulfilling life. My goal is to empower clients with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to take ownership of their health.
I use a science-based, individualized approach rooted in strength training, functional movement, and mobility work. Every client is unique, so programs are tailored not just to their physical abilities but also to their lifestyle, goals, and mindset.
I prioritize education and long-term sustainability. I don’t believe in quick fixes—I believe in building habits, fostering discipline, and helping people rediscover what their bodies are capable of.
I’m also committed to my own growth. I stay current on emerging research, continually refining my methods so my clients get the best possible support.
