Always have fun. Fitness is more than looking good. It’s about feeling good on the inside and outside. Give it your all and good things will happen.

I specialize in developing speed and endurance. Working to help prevent injuries and help mobility. I also specialize in senior fitness.

I’m passionate about showing people how fun fitness can be and helping make fitness a lifestyle choice that can last.
4. What certifications do you have?
I have my Personal training certificate for the NCCPT. I’m also certified in Silver Sneakers and an Aquatic Fitness Instructor.
