1. What is your training philosophy?
I’ve been a personal trainer for 10 years and have been working out since 2000. My experience and years in the industry aid me in quickly and effectively helping my clients reach their goals.
2. What do you specialize in?
I’m proficient at injury recovery and prevention, working around and through injury, strength and conditioning programming using NASM’s OPT model which uses progressive overload to provide continuous results over time avoiding plateaus!
3. What are you passionate about?
I am passionate about helping others reach their goals, Showing people how to change their lifestyle and solving problems that may be causing pain during exercise or movement. My favorite athletes are Bo Jackson, and Mario Lemieux.
4. What certifications do you have?
I am a certified and qualified TRX instructor, my personal trainer certification is through NASM, along with countless continuing Ed credits.
