Whitney is Certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. She also has a specialty in Youth Exercise through NASM.
She began her personal fitness journey about a decade ago. Through this she learned the unlimited physical and mental health benefits that come from making fitness and nutrition a priority. Whitney is passionate about helping others get comfortable in the skin they’re in. She aims to help her clients feel at ease in the gym and create individualized exercise programs to keep them motivated by maximizing their results.
In her free time Whitney can be found with her family and fur baby, a 3-year-old Pitbull named Kane. She enjoys being outside and loves trying new activities that push her limits. She also likes sitting in the quiet enjoying a good book.
