My husband and I joined the Janesville Athletic Club in February 2016 to get fit for a vacation planned in September. We met with Nolan for our fitness assessment, where we set our goals. My goal was to lose 30 lbs. before my trip and to tone and build more muscle. Since then, I have lost over 26 lbs.
I went from 175 lbs. to 149 lbs., which has left me healthier feeling and looking! I set a personal goal to get down to 150 lbs. and am working towards 140 lbs. now, using the tips and tricks I learned from Nolan. I feel amazing and am so motivated to keep working out at the JAC and continue my weight loss journey to be a better me and to enjoy my 40th birthday!
